Cancellation Policy
At Finger Pe Rajcom Private Limited, we believe in helping our customers as far as possible. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order for our software services. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the deployment process of the software has already been initiated.
- No cancellations are entertained for customized enterprise software development once the milestone-based work has commenced and approved by the client.
Refund Policy
We strive to deliver the best IT solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable if the delivered software does not meet the technical specifications agreed upon in the initial proposal, or in case of a service non-delivery.
- Processing Time: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
- Non-Refundable Services: Domain registration, dedicated server hosting, and third-party API setup fees are strictly non-refundable.
